This policy covers visits to the Veranet website and information submitted through its forms. The data controller is VERANET BİLİŞİM VE GÜVENLİK TEKNOLOJİLERİ MÜHENDİSLİK SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.
Information we use
Contact and quotation forms request your name, company, telephone number, email address and enquiry details. The quotation form also asks about the project location, facility type and service required. We use this information to review your request, contact you and arrange survey, quotation or service discussions.
Form submissions are stored in the site administration area, not published to visitors. Technical submission records, such as time, IP address and browser information, support security and follow-up. Do not send identity documents, payment details, system passwords or camera recordings through these forms.
Newsletter registration
The newsletter requires your email address and separate consent. Your subscription starts only after you open the emailed link and confirm your email address. The confirmation link is valid for 48 hours. Unconfirmed requests are removed by scheduled cleanup after a 7-day retention period. A contact or quotation request does not subscribe you. Use the cancellation link in the email to unsubscribe, or contact info@veranet.net to request removal.
Sharing and retention
Your information may be used by staff handling your request and technical providers supporting the website, hosting or email, only as needed for their role. Disclosure to competent authorities is considered where legally required. We do not sell form or newsletter records to other companies for advertising.
Records are retained for the time needed to follow up your request and meet applicable legal obligations. Once the reasons for retention no longer apply, records are deleted, destroyed or anonymised. No single retention period applies to every type of data.
Videos and external links
YouTube video previews are served locally. The YouTube player loads only when you choose to open a video. This connects your browser to Google/YouTube and may transmit technical information such as your IP address. Use of the privacy-enhanced player does not mean that no data is processed. External websites have their own privacy rules.
